The Masterwork archetype for Urban Shadows 2nd edition allows you to play as a monster given life by another, following in the footsteps of creatures such as Frankenstein's Monster. A Masterwork goes on a journey to study humanity in the hopes of becoming more human along its journey or even transcending to human one day. The path of knowledge is fraught with trials, however, and succumbing to the torment of its own inhumanity is just as likely as transcendence

This looks like a real neat system! Just looking over your character archetype kinda makes me want to give it a try!
The system is very interesting. I'm always on the lookout for games that help codify social interaction into the mechanics and Urban Shadows does that very well
